Kesang Laut Hotel — Hotel in Johor

Listed as 24 hrs front office, however, when I arrived at around 3pm, no one was at the counter and the glass door was locked. Only a phone no. provided on a cardboard & asked to contact someone if help is needed. The staff appeared after around 20 mins. The next morning when I was going out at around 9am, I told the counter staff to have my room cleaned. I was asked to leave the key card so that the room can be cleaned. I left the key card. However, when I came back at around 4pm, I was told that the room has not been cleaned. This is rather disappointing as I was expecting for the room to be cleaned since it has way passed the normal check in time. I finally told the staff to have my towels changed and did not asked for the room to be clean again as it will be inconvenient for the room to be cleaned while we are in the room. The hotel is terrible, sorry to say that.The worst hotel in the history of my travels, the toilet bowl is very dirty, unprofessional staff.. going down to the lobby to check out at around 8:00 in the morning and no one in the front desk, waiting for almost an hour, finally decided to call trip.com and inform with my situation. Hotel ni dalam kawasan kampung, terletak di hujung deretan kedai 2 tingkat. Secara keseluruhannya memuaskan. Harga asal agak rendah tetapi melalui Agoda, ada tax dekat 30% yg Kerajaan kenakan, menjadikan harganya tidak lagi value for money.

Banyak ruang nak parking tapi kalau semua bilik penuh, pandai2 lah cari ruang kosong. Bila malam, kat depan hotel je yang agak terang.

Bilik memuaskan tetapi kami dapat bilik no 19, katil queen yang takde tingkap. Rasanya ada 3-4 bilik yg takde tingkap sebab terletak di tengah. Kalau nak lepak2 kat bilik, rasa macam terkurung. TV pulak tak ready, kena cari channel sendiri. Ada wifi, tapi kami tak gunakan.

Masa mula2 masuk, bilik air agak berbau, mungkin vent fan dah lama tak ON. Ada hot shower. Air mineral dibekalkan. Kalau tak cukup, kat sebelah hotel ada kedai runcit.

Port makan pun ada dekat2 hotel. Yang best, hotel ni dekat dengan jeti nelayan. Nak beli ikan, udang, ketam fresh/hidup2 lagi dekat je.

Nak ke bilik tingkat atas, tangga agak tinggi. Kalau yang ada masalah lutut, pilih hotel lain. Hotel ni di bawah pantauan Jabatan Agama Islam Johor, dan keluar masuk hotel, kena guna kad bilik. Kadang2, front office takde orang, nak masuk lobby kena guna kad.
