L Hotel — Hotel in Johor

During the lunar new year period, I booked a night stay for my family.||||There are actually 2 L hotels in the vicinity, the place we stayed in was the newer property. I would like to commend the staff there for their hospitality, friendliness and honesty.||||Despite arriving late, the receptionist went through our reservation and checked us in promptly. We were very pleased with the amenities provided and cleanliness of the property. All facilities such as the television, air conditioner, bed were all very well maintained and was really worth every penny we spent.||||Few days after we checked out, we found out that we have actually left 2 jewelries behind and was doubtful that we could retrieve it. We contacted the hotel and tried our luck and we were so glad to hear that the housekeepers and staff actually found it and kept it for us. They were very professional in identifying us as the rightful owner and gave us clear guidance on how we could get it back.||||We are definitely coming back someday. Thank...

Staying at a family room with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. Room considered clean. TV channel not much with only a few channels can see. Wi-Fi is weak and not stable. Room very basic and any additional pillow will be charge RM10 per pillow. There are a lot of restaurants nearby with convenient shop below the hotel. Car park are limited and you will need to pay if you couldn’t park at the 2 hotel car park available during weekdays. Each room can only get 1 access card and might not be convenient if you are traveling...

Extremely Bad service😡 Unacceptable bad service!!! If I can put no star, I will put no star😡. The hotel staff actually forbid us from entering the room (5 minutes after checkout) to check for any items left behind. We suggested that we check for the items under their supervision.
