Max Inn Suite Hotel — Hotel in Johor

The picture on agoda is far different from the actual condition of the hotel, just entering the room you can smell the unpleasant smell, the room is in poor condition with peeling paint and damp water, dirty ceiling, TV not working, bedside lamp not working, door lock not secure, windows are noisy with passing vehicles. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hand tissue, bottled water are not provided. The sheets look shabby and dirty, rough towels are dark blue or white, I don't know what color they are....

I stayed at this hotel on Wednesday night and was very disappointed. The room was extremely dusty, with no basic amenities like toothpaste or soap. The bathroom light made a loud noise, the switch was broken, and the bed and comforter were so dusty that I ended up feeling itchy. The charging socket was also placed far from the bed, which was very inconvenient. Definitely not worth the stay unless...

Very different from the picture from Agoda. We order from Agoda and what room we get is really different from the picture. We order a twin bed and we get a queen sized bed.

The water heater is working halfheartedly so it is not warm and not cool either.
