We stayed in during the CNY holidays. There was only one immigrant maid on-site to assist us, but she was unable to attend to most of our inquiries. The front desk was unreachable, and we received no replies from Booking.com. We couldn't access WiFi and I had to bath in cold water due to heater breakdown. Room cleanliness is average. There was lizard droppings spotted on the desk and on the provided towel. The room also has poor soundproofingโyou can easily hear a baby crying next door and the sound of doors closing.
But to be fair, the environment is peacefully beautifulโperhaps it was just not a good time to stay due to the manpower shortage.

A very happy stay at the resort. There was a power outage due to work in the area, but the management was fantastic in considering the guest. They gave me some home cooked chicken curry watermelon and an instant noodle. When they went out later, even ask if I wanted any food, as no food option around. I was cycling in Malaysia, so there was no car to get around.
Maybe they are covering for the power outage, but not many places would care to do that. So it does mean they care about their guests.

The property owner claimed that there is no rooms even we already booked through booking.com and the sad thing is we already arrived at the place and the payment already deducted. They ask us to find the others place or they can help us to shifted to another place under OYO hotel but at the end nothing. They only can said that they will help us to refund our payment which is will take 7 to 14 days.
They are dont deserved to get any star with this kind of arrangment and not...
