OYO 90510 Hotel Sahara — Hotel in Johor

My fiancee booked a room here. I arrived around 11pm-12am. Told the receptionist that I had already booked a room for two nights, but he told me that all single rooms are full, and only got queen bed room left and i need to pay more for the room. Since its already late at night, i pay the additional amount. But the room was dirty, the towel looked like a dirty rag, dont looked like any housekeeping had been done. Only stay 1 night there, as my body was itchy from all the bed bug. The receptionist at first say that i couldn't get my money back. But i argue that i only stay for 1 night, and told him to show me the calculations for the room and realise that i had pay more than i should. Got my money back that instant....

VERY BAD SERVICE. I’m from KL and travelling to JB by bus. I was expecting to arrived around 5AM 20/05/2023. So my friend from JB book this hotel for me for 19/05/2023 to 20/05/2023. Since I’ll be arriving later than the supposed check in time, my friend wanted help me check in first so that I can just use the room later when I arrive. However, when my friend come for check in, the receptionist WONT LET HIM. The room also was already been full paid through OYO.
