A Disappointing Experience

It was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. Upon entering, I immediately struck by how dirty and poorly maintained the space was. Dust coated every surface, from the furniture to the window sills, making it feel like the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

The cleanliness issue didn’t stop there. The bathroom was equally grimy, with mould in the corners of the shower and stains on the floor. The bed linens looked worn and, to my horror, had a musty smell, making it hard to believe they were freshly laundered.

What made matters worse was the spiders and bedbugs. I found spiders crawling in the corners of the room and even spotted a few on the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling.

I checked out of the hotel the moment i checked in. Yes it was that bad.

I booked two rooms - one had a small window and the other resembled a cell. The duvet was stained with yellow and brown patches while the white bedsheet had turned grey.
