If I'm about to highlight the downside of this place, well I have few reasons to state. But kindly be advised, you get what you paid for. For less than a hundred per night, I think they offer a good enough place to stay.
Firstly, for under a hundred ringgit budget, this hotel meets my expectations. All I need is a good bed, a good pillow, basic amenities like an iron board, and good hot streams of showers. Despite all the shortcomings in terms of the facility, they are still able to make up for it and are able to provide all the things that I need.
It's a hotel in a shop lot so do not expect a lift or escalator here. Perhaps if you need special care for elderly, do consider rooms at their ground floor so you don't have to hike.
Occasionally I can smell a tinge of smoke from cigarettes. Despite a big ass warning of no smoking in this facility. I strongly suggest they install an air freshener in every room.
Location wise it is nearby to Muar bypass so it's highly accessible. But it is a bit distant from muar main city, about 5 minutes drive. So it's quite quiet at night. And it also offers 24 hour check in. Quite useful to us as we always need to check in after 12 am due to the nature of my job.
Will I come again? Yes. Why? Because of the cheap price, and I get all the things...

Then he agree he got a wrong guy ...mine are already paid and it was another customer that was still on the way... Next when I ask for extra bed - they ask to paid 15 MYR ..done payment and ask for the bed to be brought up ..another guy reply extra bed is finished....I assume because it's a 3rd floor height so nobody wants to do extra task Both of the boys are keeping each other's occupied and busy by said it's his new shift and another boy said my shift have ended Lastly went up to the room to find no towels and no floor towels so I used my handphone to call the front desk ...they ask me.what else is not available again I told them off I am not a.worker..they are so they need to come check for room readiness not me ..then he reply his shift just started and blame the morning shift team....it's...

Visited this hotel during CNY with my family, check in process was alright and we proceed to our room.
Upon entering the room, I found several patches of red/browinsh stain over one of the bed sheet. I went to the front counter requesting for change of new sheet.
After presenting my case to the male receptionist, I was informed that the housekeeping team was done for the day and there's nothing he can do to help with the situation.
Frustrated with his reply, I asked if there is any alternate option for the situation. No attempt or suggestion was made to help out with the situation!
-- Poor Accessibility
Our unit was located on the 3rd floor and there was no lift in this hotel. My aging parents were made to climb the steep stairs to reach our unit, wouldn't suggest this hotel to people visiting with elders especially those with knee pain.
Owner should state it on the website lifts are not available...
