Good place for camping trips or a day out bbqing at the beach. Lots of activities if you the outdoorsy type. Everything can be rented from tents to canopies to tables to kayaks,ATVs, fat bikes etc

However drivers/riders need to be aware that the off road route in/out will definitely be muddy and slippery if it rains. Be safe everyone.

Toilets are allocated in both B1 and B2. The day we were there B1 water pumps were down. So we had to go to B2 toilets for water and baths. Toilets are very basic but clean.

Bring loads of bottled water for drinking if you are planning to stay for long periods. There's a cafe there if you want to escape the heat and chill with some drinks and food.

Maxis data signals seems better at the B2 side. If you are in between like we were. You won't be able to receive or make calls or get any data.

Check in and out are simple and fuss free. Staff are friendly and helpful. Each rubbish bag for clearing costs RM10.

Overall...

We are always looking out for a nice picnic or beach campsite. This was recommended by a friend who forgot to mention the last mile access road was not on any app. Worst he forgot to mention how bad the entrance roads are. Imagine you are a tennis player on a clay court, now imagine you have to travel on a rough terrain with potholes and uneven clay roads carved deeply by the torrential rains and add hazards like DIY mini bridges over streams and drains in a palm oil plantation. Of course it's a welcome challenge for 4x4 heroes, but others including campervan might not make it. The only consolation at the end of this hazardous trip with children was a beach with nobody but us. Nobody was in the booking office so we were left to our own imagination. A few minutes later, a guy on a kapcai greeted us and confirmed our booking with little information. We paid and set up camp and our picnic table. The rest, as they...

Good place to relax from the busy city of JB. Quick escaps for me. Entrance fee and all rental equipment is affordable if come with group of people.

I go during malaysia day 2022, the place quite crowded and there are group of people that turn on loud music till 12am. It would be nice if the place banned loud music.

Overall safety is good. Place is clean. The staff always there to help with anything. Beach is clean. Sunrise very beautiful. Can also see stars at night.

All is good except for the loud noise and the toilet. Overall toilet is clean but the water is yellow but not smelly. Still good for bath or other business but If you want to brush teeth or wash face I suggest you bring own bottle of water.

I will repeat again and...

Nice campsite with available facilities provided. The water tank supplying the campsite needs maintenance. Could be a challenge for the operator. The campsite surrounding is well maintained. Additional campsite signboard would help first-time visitors to the campsite before approaching Mersing borders from Sedili. Hassan & Hussin are well behaving as guard dogs at the campsite. They are both concerned over the camper's security. They will be around your tentage area and keep you company at night. We had wild boar intrusion on the last night during our stay, both boys were alert and busy chasing the intruder out of the campsite. Overall we had memorable moments and were definitely a must-go for campers to enjoy the beach campsite environment.

Drive from Pasir Gudang to arrive here took me only an hour at 110km/h. The trail to go there is quite challenging going through the mountain of crops & plantation but still fun for experience. Must prepare food before coming. The beach is so clean! I went there weekday (Monday) so it's not packed, no problem at waiting for toilet at all. The toilet is clean and spacious too unlike any other common places. The camp site rented for RM12 per person (Camped for 7 hours without tent for 12 people, just a short chilling beach time and BBQ) So cheap and worth it. Anyway phone connection is quite hard here, your phone will be used for taking pics only. Escaping the internet for a day! (Unifi got line!) Would go here again.
