One of the worst hotel rooms that I ever been in my life. For starters the room was filthy, ants everywhere even on the mattress. When confronted the reception the staff told me that the room was cleaned and no one stayed there for past 2 days. When I requested to change room he said there no other room to change so I request for the housekeeper to clean the room he said that the room has been cleaned and cannot clean anymore. I was very frustrated and I raised my voice then he ask the house keeper to clean the room. When the housekeeper came she just sweep the room and said that the room is cleaned. But I was watching her the entire time coz I’ll of our belongings was there she never even clean the room properly tbh. If you have no other choice than you may stay at this hotel. Worst customer service and worst room. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
