Lopoh Waterfront Chalets — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

It's about an hour drive from where we live in Puchong, Selangor. That's 30 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur.|We took a chalet by the river. It was located right at the bank of the river. You have to be extra carefull if you have small children with you.|We paid RM120 for a night stay and we were happy. The view was fantastic. The water was cold and refreshing especially in the early morning. Birds chirping can be heard almost all the time.|You can go for a swim anytime, even at night since they provide spotlights to brighten the river.|They also provide a place and equippments for you to barbeque. This includes an outdoor sink for you to wash dishes and such.|They offered wifi for a fee.|It can be crowded especially on weekends and during public holidays. When you booked for the ones that are right on the river bank, you felt like the spot right in front of your chalet were yours alone. Be prepared to share it with other people ... they will come and enjoy that same spot, too!|There was a pole that carry water from the nearby mountain and spurt cold clean water into the river infront of the chalets. This place is good and nearby to the river. The rental of chalets was also reasonable, got a BBQ pit and swimming pool for kids. Hence the parking rental is extremely expensive and unacceptable, RM30.00 per car. We had 5 cars and we end up paid RM150.00 just for the parking. We was super upset as we reached the place the signage shows that parking rate is ONLY RM5.00. I felt so cheated. My 3 stars is definitely for...

Realy nice place to hit on weekends. Nearby cafe with friendly villagers. The river view is awesome and refreshing.
