Nur Lembah Pangsun Eco Resort — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

Had a wonderful experience at Nur Lembah Pangsun Eco Resort during our 3-day training programme for First Batch Kursus Asas Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM) from Konsortium ProHAWK Sdn Bhd. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – perfect for group stays and team activities.

The food provided throughout our stay was satisfying and well-prepared, with a variety of dishes served fresh and on time. The facilities including the training hall, open spaces, and recreational areas were ideal for both indoor and outdoor activities. Everything was well-organized and conducive for learning and team-building.

The transportation arrangements for our Jumaat prayer were smooth and punctual, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.

The room is disgusting and very dirty. The toilet is full of dead insects and dirt. There's no water heater and the sink is broken. The room is sandy, the bedsheets and the pillow is uncomfortable and hard, the most annoying thing is there's a lot of bed bugs. Plus, the air conditioner is not working and they did not bother to clean it. The food is good but the cleanliness of the canteen is terrible, there's cats laying around, jump up.to our table for food. It is a very dirty place for eating. In conclusion, don't believe the photos, it is fake, the place is horrible. I had complained to the office and they don't even want to bother it, they just told me to deal with it. I am a 14 years old teenagers, trust me. I am writing this to warn you about this so called 'resort' I am not very good at...

Went for group training in Nov 2016. Place looks very nice in the website but totally different in reality. Not well maintained. Rooms are dirty complete with half inch dust on the wall and door. Not suitable for family with old folks and babies. Some beds are broken and not safe. Toilets are not clean. Water pressure incredibly low for water heater. Normal pipes are fine. Room and training hall both has the smell of damp carpet. Rivers are dry. Pool water is green, not sure anyone would want to swim in that. Surau is ok though a bit dusty. Dewan makan also ok, food and drinks served is acceptable. Don't think I would recommend...
