Paradise Valley Broga Resort — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

It was over the Raya holidays that I planned to do something outdoor near home, so I Googled and found Paradise Valley. It's indeed a great discovery as Paradise Valley offers everything I need for a 2D/1N stay outdoor. I like this place because:-||||1) It's like a free and easy camping style. No pitching required to be able to enjoy a sturdy tent c/w twin beds, fan and a power point. Also provided are towels, blankets, thrash bin, bottled waters and cloth hangers inside. Excellent.||||2) Washrooms/ Bathrooms are new, near and sufficient.||||3) Staff/ facilitators are extra friendly and helpful with briefing before each activities, ensuring safety, helping to get on kayaks, helping to make sure everyone catch up and maneuovre well in the dark during the hike. Activities are well organized without long wait/queue. ||||4) The packages are reasonable and the cost includes exciting activities like wall climbing, flying fox, kayaking and hiking. ||||5) offers refreshing drinks and food, really free and easy as if you leave everything to them and enjoy all the activities available||||6) Broga is an orchard town and this place is not an exclusion to tasting local fruits. ||||||||Areas of improvement:||1) Perhaps climbing shoes are provided for the wall climb as it can be slippery climbing barefeet after a downpour. Else, prepare cloths for each climber to dry their feet/ shoes before climbing.||||2) To do housekeeping of the washrooms more frequently. ||||3) More responsive on the online booking/queries as my friend who did the booking had to make a call when he didn't hear from the management within 2 days.||||This place is worth a revisit with visiting friends or with family members, young and old. I recently had my team building event at Paradise Valley Broga, and it was an amazing experience! The activities were super adventurous but also felt very safe, which I really appreciated. The team there really prioritizes safety — they gave a thorough briefing before every activity. One of my favorites was the Watchman Tower. It was definitely challenging and really tested my strength and speed, but the feeling when you reach the top is just unbeatable. I also tried kayaking for the first time and absolutely loved it — such a fun new experience!

A special shoutout to our coordinator, Andrew, who made the entire experience even better. He managed our sessions like a true pro, and his sense of humor kept everyone laughing the whole time. Honestly, Andrew has a real talent for communication and making people feel at ease. If he ever decides to do stand-up comedy, I’d definitely be the first in line to buy a ticket!

When it came to food, the in-house team did not disappoint. The buffet they prepared for us was decent, delicious, and had a good variety of dishes. After a full morning of activities, sitting down to a satisfying lunch was exactly what we needed. You could tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making sure everyone was well-fed and happy.

Another thing I have to highlight is how clean and comfortable the toilets and shower facilities were. It’s pretty rare to find such well-maintained amenities at an adventurous outdoor place like this. Overall, Paradise Valley Broga is a fantastic spot for both team building and family events.
