E Hotel — Hotel in Kedah

My husband and I made the right choice of choosing this hotel when we were looking for accommodation for our family and friends who were coming to our son's wedding last Saturday.. We booked 11 rooms altogether.. the reservation process etc since day 1 was so seamless; and it could have not happened without the excellent work by Shah! I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Shah (Mohd Shafrizan) for all his help and support; his flexibility and customer orientation is superb.. he listened and did his very best to entertain all request. Thank You Shah! Keep up the great work!

I recently stayed at E Hotel Kulim and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay.

What truly made the experience stand out was the outstanding service provided by the staff especially Mr. Chandra. He was incredibly humble, professional, and attentive. He handled all guest requests with ease and made sure everyone felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

We came all the way from KL for an engagement. I have to say it's a wise choice. Good location, close by to town. Rooms actually way better than I expected. Staffs are good and welcoming especially front office and night manager. Cleanliness is 9/10. Highly recommended for those having some events or occasions at Kulim Kedah.

Setbacks that can be improved: rooms does not come with a dressing mirror. No proper wardrobe, at least a cheap cupboard to keep or hang your clothes will be...
