Sekian, terima kasih.

Complaint Letter – Pusat Rekreasi Air Panas Ulu Legong
To the Management of Pusat Rekreasi Air Panas Ulu Legong,
I would like to express my disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to your facility.
I arrived with two cars, bringing along a senior citizen who has knee problems and requires a walking stick, as well as seven children. It was raining heavily at the time. We entered through the gate beside the food court, which is connected to the recreation center. Since the weather was bad and the group included vulnerable individuals, we decided to park near the only restaurant that was open, to allow the elderly person to get out safely and avoid exposing the children to the rain.
However, a staff member approached and immediately asked us to move our cars back outside, even after I explained our situation politely. The staff showed no understanding or flexibility, and completely lacked empathy toward what we were going through.
What made the situation more frustrating was that there was no sign posted at the food court gate indicating that parking was not allowed for visitors, as shown in the attached photo. I understand that there may be rules in place, but in this case, a little compassion and common sense would have gone a long way.
Because of the staff’s unwillingness to understand, we had no choice but to leave the premises and find another place to dine.
I sincerely hope the management will take this issue seriously and consider providing better training to staff — particularly in handling situations involving the elderly, children, and extreme weather. Rules are important, but empathy and good service are what make a place truly welcoming.
Thank...
Read moreWe came around 10pm during weekdays (non peak season).
The place is located not far from Baling town in a quite remote area. The road from the town to the place are moderately lit and there are few sharp corners that you have to be aware of. The signage to the place is strategically placed.
Along the journey, there are only few cars that came from the opposite direction . Initially we are afraid that the place will be empty but contrary to our believe, there are already few visitors at the place by the time we arrived.
It is nice to enjoy the pools when the place is not that crowded.
There are seven pool located inside with variable temperature. The hottest of them all has a fence surrounding it. Despite the cold weather at night, the hottest pool still boiling. I presume perhaps we couls boil egg inside the pool.
There are chalet located inside the place but we booked somewhere else.
There is also playground and amenities for example toilet, bath and convenience store available. The place is open 24 hours daily.
Overall it is a good and...
Read moreVisited during Chinese New Year holiday. Thought it would be closed (silly us) but it turns out it opens 24/7. It is best advised to come late at night as chilly winds pairs best with hot water.
This park consists of 5 pools, varying in temperatures. The highest ones is at 50 degrees Celsius and prohibited for bath. But to dip toes in it is permissible.
As for facilities, the bath is equipped with changing rooms, toilets, gift shops and food court. Bringing your own food is permissible as people come here pitching tents to rest and picnicking besides the pools.
Entrance fee is RM6 for Malaysian adults. As for others i am not sure but we can guess that for children will be below than RM6 and for non-Malaysian will be more than RM6.
There are also chalets available if you want to stay for more than a night. Price as low as RM140 per night including breakfast.
Overall the bath is good, facility are available and somewhat well-maintained. It is advised to go on non-public holiday if you wanted some privacy and less...
