Qadira Hotel — Hotel in Kelantan

It was very dirty! The lighting is very dark which make the room feel creepy. The toilet don’t even have a sink. The water heater was broken and when we ask for another room with a water heater, the hotel staff tell us all water heater was broken! The bathroom shower head was also broken and the bathroom floor is dirty as there are leftovers left on the toilet floor and did not be cleaned! The wall was very old and dirty look. The blanket is very dirty and very thin. The water serving outside was also broken with no hot water provided. Then, the hotel staff was smoking all the time and make the hotel corridor and room with the smoke smell! The service was also bad. Not worth at all with RM90+ with 2...
