Sudara Beach Resort — Hotel in Kelantan

Around the resort, there's a lack of maintenance of air condensers for the air conditioners. some even broken. The pool is greenish and has many small leaves and branches inside. I've seen many air condensers that are non functional and rusty .i have even saw an air condenser with its fan exposed which is dangerous for children. There is also an exposed well near the chalets which a child could fall in which is dangerous. As for the room service, I've tried to call several times for food and beverages but it went unanswered. As for the rooms, when i was laying in bed in my room, ive discovered bites around my leg which could be bed bugs so that's a minus. Also the floor wasnt clean and full of dust. Also while i was on my balcony, my father found a pipe leak below our chalet because of the rust. Sudara Beach Resort is just a nice resort to stay for the view and beach if you dont mind the lack of maintenance, out dated broken equipment or appliances, lack of safety for children and cleanliness all over the resort .Overall i recommend Permai Beach Resort as it has better rooms, a well maintained pool and up to date equipment.

Recomendation: The Establishment should update almost every appliances in the rooms, the equipment in the pool, air condensers for the Aircon, and clean up everything around the resort especially the beach because ive seen a a lot of litter. You should expect a rise in your overall rating to 3/5 or 4/5 if you follow my request. If you still ignore my request like the rest of the complaining tenants here, i hope YOU DONT HAVE A NICE DAY AND YOU WILL HAVE DIARRHEA WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT...

I was too upset with what I get. The service that we get was not equivalent with what we pay. First, I booked for two rooms, both should be queen bed. But, I got 1 queen bed and another room was 2 single-bed. Just imagine my mom & dad was in the 2 single-bed room. I thought we get both rooms with queen bed as that was what I booked. And the staff never inform us about this. I want to complaint but my mom say it's okay. But it's not okay for me because the queen bed also are just too small with the standard queen bed. The combination of two single-bed are bigger than 1 queen bed, just imagine that. Secondly, the room. The floor are too grainy & sandy. I understand your hotels are only 100m away from the beach but, why you do the floor cleaning as well during the housekeeping time? Also, we found that the water heater is already rusty inside. Fortunately we checked before use. And yeah, we were not using it. It is unsafe to drink water from rusty water heater. Thirdly, toilet. Same goes with the toilet..the floor was sandy and grainy. the tap also rusty. It is clearly shows that you are not maintaining your room. Honestly I felt really uncomfortable during my stay at Sudara Beach Resort. Please take serious with the cleanliness of the room. Also do keep your beach clean as I found there was garbage at the beach. Really not nice to take pictures at the beach as you can clearly see the impurities on the...

I was at Chalet 409. Checked in 22/10 and checked out 23/10/14. The staff at the counter were not so friendly. They shpuld smile and greet the guests although they are busy. I doubt they were that busy when I was checking in because there only me and another guest then. I thought check out time is 12pm but only at about 2 something i saw a group of people were checking out and I had to wait until 2.30 pm to check in.||The bathroom was a disappointment but it was clean though.The door could not be locked. ||The room is spacious and has nice view of the pool. In fact I just only sit at the balcony and keep an eye on my children swimming in the kiddie pool. The kiddie pool is spacious enough and I think this is a good aspect of this hotel.||Chalet 409 has a special ramp for the disabled so the guest can enter the chalet through the door or through the balcony (which has the ramp)||All in all, my children love this place especially the pool.. which I would say, the major attraction here.
