Very BAD services for receptionist and the owner No smile Intimidating just because you from Indonesia Racist cause you're not malaysian

I check in 09-10 sep and paid off by Online Travel Agent Apps. Upon check in i understand must pay 10RM cause tourist charge. After 10 minutes of check in, receptionist come to me and want to collect/charge me 200RM. The OTA cost only 17RM all in + 10RM cash. So i don't want to paid anycost, and finally i taking out from hotel cause they insist to paid 200RM. So, i decide to get from the TERRIBLE this HOTEL and they just refund Only my tourist tax RM 10 without my room cost to be refund.

TERRIBLE AND BAD SERVICES FOR ANYTHING.

booking kt trivago pilih bayar di penginapan. esok tu pekeja depa call bgtau hotel full..dahulukan yg byr terus. kami tgk kt trivago masih ada & booking skli lg terus byr dgn hrga rm32.90. p check in depa cas lg rm20 sbb depa kata trivago tak ubah hrga..asyk salahkan trivago ja..huhuhu..depa kata hrga on9 rm50 tp ambik duit kami rm52 🤭 bila mntk rm2 balik ckp tak blh bg 🤣 mlm bru balik hotel nk tdo,skli econ rosak. tak rsa sejuk lgsung smpai anak2 buka baju. kami p bgtau,depa ckp depa tak blh buat apa..kipas pon takdak. kami mntk refund separuh hrga check in sbb tak stay lg pon situ & punca nk check out sbb econ rosak..mcm mna nk tdo dgn bilik takdak econ takdak tingkap tu? depa tak mau bg separuh pon..mmg hotel ni nk ambik duit customer ja la citanya 🤭 service tak elok tp cas mhl. tv ada tp tak function lgsung..tak blh tgk pon. mmg banned terus lah semua hotel OYO ni. dah la MENIPU,pastu SERVICE HOTEL OUT.

kami selalu stay hotel hrga rm30- rm42 saja melalui app trivago & sgt2 bagus service & byr hrga ikut trivago punya..setiap kali pilih hotel mmg kami pilih byr di penginapan tak pernah ada mslh mcm ni..smpai ke sabah nuh pilih hotel byr kt penginapan ok ja..first time jumpa hotel yg mmg out terus,tak mmbantu lgsung..mmg nmpk nk duit customer ja..

aku geram sungguh! mmg tak halal la duit yg depa ambik tu sbb salah depa..econ rosak salah kami ka? bru msuk dh rosak pastu takdak nk suruh tukar bilik ke bg kipas ka..sikit pon tak bg balik duit & tak mntk maaf pon!

A nice place to stay around Klang. Customer service is good, she greet us well even check in little late around midnight. Room is okay, have Qiblat direction, just got little problem with sink (little clogged up), leaked shower, dim lighting in room, and tv got no channel (someone stole the adapter-oh please God!).

They provide Cuckoo drinking water at Level 2. For price it's reasonable (under RM50 for large bed). Also good parking space around, just be careful with lot of trucks parking. Btw tqsm...
