IMPRESS Hotel — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

I make a phone call before come , and i ask them is it possible if i check in right now at during midnight, they said yes yes u can check in now , they never mention it , that check in time is 2PM when i arrive to the hotel , suddenly i couldnt check in , after all i already place booking online for 2 day, and i do ask all off thiss before place the booking, and if i insist to stay , only able to stay for 1 night , and this is totally scamm, and also because of policy i couldnt get refund unless the hotel approve my refund, and why you guys cannot approve my refund!! Its my money after all and i didnt stay at the hotel!! I just burn the money like that if i do cancelation due to the hotel deny my refund request , please for those want stay here , just becareful dont be like me its terrible...

I stayed here with my mom(60 years old).

Considering that this hotel is new (only 2 months) when we came here. So,it is great.

Pros I request a ground floor room because my mom can't take the stairs. So,i got room with a king bed. It is O.K.U friendly. -Muslim friendly (sejadah/kiblat) Very clean & neat. I love the white theme The nearest hotel to my company. It took only 6mins. I came here for business purpose. Across the road,there's speedmart & halal food stalls. There's water heater & tv. For toiletries,they have body shampoo,towels & toothbrush. The owner and staff are very friendly. They have light breakfast.

Cons They don't have a table in the room. But,the space will be cramped if they put a table in the room. However,they do have tables at the ground...

Dissapointed...Booked via phone call due to unable to do online booking (maybe technical problems).. called manager and arranged for Queen bed room.. once arrived hotel from JB, surprised by desk staff.. all room fully booked and no room available.. the manager try to manage at 1st.. then didn't answer the phone call.. thanks for the bad arrangement.. Booked another hotel 30min far from function place.. bad bad...
