Holiday Home/Pilly Homestay — Hotel in Labuan Island

Was looking for a place with a fridge as I wanted a place to store some food and wine. Found this gem of a place online! The room was clean, each guest is given a bath towel and a little towel embroidered with the word PH (classy touch btw).the bed was clean, with fresh smelling sheets and pillows. They also supplied instant coffee,tea, a kettle, toiletries i.e. toothbrushes, combs, soap and shampoo. We were given a remote for the main gate too as after 6pm the gate will be closed. There is round the clock CCTV. But I never felt like my privacy was ever compromised. The owner was super friendly and caring. He made sure that all guests are home only then he locks the front door. They have a well equipped kitchenette. They have a stove, knives, pots and pans, a fridge, can and bottle openers! Also they have a place to hang ur clothes! And a bbq pit!!Really a super awesome homestay. Definitely gonna come here again the next time I come Labuan! Oh ya, the house is just opposite...

The location is good. House is spacious. Private parking space. Extra matress. But there's a few downside to this location. First, The location of the owner's house is next to the homestay (This is important information because some customers feels uneasy when they are staying at the homestay when the owners is living just next-to them. Especially when customers are planning to stay-up till past midnight). Secondly, If you're planning to have BBQ. Sorry to say, the cost of homestay is seperate from the BBQ utilities. You have to pay RM50 for less than 5 people and RM80 for more than 5. Thirdly, the wifi does not reach the homestay. If you're inside the house. It's near impossible to connect. Really comfortable, really big space and really affordable for family vacation, safety priority also maintain have automatic gate, big parking area can use for kids play with their basikal and more over ,BBQ pit also available so we can bbq at night with close family member., Area full of kedodong tree just ask the owner for permission.this was a second time we go here and definitely will...
