FS Dimensi Hotel — Hotel in Malacca

I am still here while I am writing this review. Booked for 12 until 14 of September 2025. For small budget hotels with the price offered, It considered very good. Nice and very clean hotel and room. Good location with all the need facilities and also near by the convenience shops like walking distance to MrDiy and a few more groceries shop. If you need a place to stay to attend a wedding nearby area, send your kid to register at uitm lendu or any similar reasons. This is a nice place to stay. But if you want to spend a special celebration holiday not really encouraging. But you need a cheap hotel near alor gajah and a bit near to melaka town... very recommended.

Think twice before checking in ya. There's a lot of maintenance problem and not quiet satisfied with the customer service. The workers take for granted of customer's request and delayed for such a period. Exepcting much from a bumiputera motel ? Better not. The facilities looks so old and dirty. The room's carpet are horrible and insects are living in the room. Not useable wifi and the room has a foul smell. As for the aircond, they used the national aircond which the filter aren't even clean well. The toilet window's are broken and insects keep coming in. The toilet drain was clogged and the shower water flows very slow. Even the distance of the hose and toilet is far. Had to deal with many things everyday. The bed has bed bugs and had a foul wet smell. I got itchy and had some marks left on my skin because of bed bugs )) The bedsheet is stained. There is a staff member is still new and I asked the price 1st normal room no window RM99

I check online, rate more cheeper than you call or walk in. If guest direct book to property, they get full payment.. if guest booking online, property just get half of the payment because only agent will deduct commission.. so for me I will give direct pay.
