Hotel Alor Villa — Hotel in Malacca

It is a 3 storey building hotel, at the end of the residential area. Although it is a 2 star hotel, the facilities are considered almost complete and in a good condition. The staff is nice and helpful at the receptionist counter.

There is no cafe in the premise, but there is a pantry area with water filter, keetle, sink, refrigerator, and some food sold (I saw there is a "maggie cup" label, but maybe it is sold out during our visit).

The hotel is also considered as Muslim's friendly, by providing Kiblat's signage and Wudu' pipe in the washroom. There are few parking lots outside the premise, on first come first basis. There is also an ironing station at the first floor.

In the air conditioned room (Triple Room - one single bed and one queen bed), there is one desk and chair, hanging areas, television (staff will give the remote controls upon check in), 3 drinking water as complimentary drinks, and 3 towels also being provided in the washroom. Bed and mattress is in a good condition and comfortable. Air conditioned also functioning well and no issue with the washroom and water flow at all.

The hotel is located at the "pekan" area, so it is easily accessible to banks, marts, "Pasar Pagi", pharmacy, the "Dataran Keris" (you can come and enjoy at night, there are food stalls and activities like kids riding play, etc.), restaurants and others nearby facilities. It is also like 13 minutes away to the Freeport A'Famosa Outlet (a must visit place if you are at Melaka).

Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay for an overnight or short/unplanned visit like us. We book through Agoda platform at the very last minute with an affordable price. Definitely a good stay and...

Colorful yet little bit classic hotel in the interior..little bit deep in the residential area giving very much privacy to enjoy your stay and have a good rest here..day and night is very calm here with all the nature around you..can easily refresh yourself before your busy day tomorrow..can choose room with balcony where you can enjoy the scenery and fresh air even more.. a lot of room to choose..basic amenities such as hot n cold water, maggi cup (need to pay)..very spacy room where me as a Muslim find it helpful for us to perform our prayer here..very...

No breakfast served, extra mattress is rm20, no convenience stores available nearby and there are Maggie mie in a cup for sale at lobby, however it will cost you rm2 per cup, the Wi-Fi is free but very very slow, my Digi basic data plan is much faster when using internet. The good side is that, it's a peaceful place of it's own, there's a forest nearby, water and coffee is complimentary, parking available within property grounds, family room is acceptable size, classy interior with furniture which is stylish n nice design in the interior of the...
