Hotel FORMOSA BUKIT KATIL — Hotel in Malacca

I book the hotel about 2 weeks before the checkin date..reach the hotel about 5.30pm..im travelling with motobike in raining condition from kl..reach there hoping that we can rest at the hotel but the receptionist said all the room are fully book.i said i book earlier 2 weeks.i read my booking id she said yes there are room..but if did not pay thru oyo the the booking is not valid..WTH??Then how about the booking id..and the payment already state pay at properties..i was very upset because of her rude respon to cust..it was worse cuat service ever..please train ur staff about cust service..did not call n check about the booking then give answer in...

Not so cheap but have a bigger room & joining room as well. Bad air-conditioning & quite hot. Call maintenance and changed room but the problem with aircond still the same. Clean room & bathroom. Pleasant front...
