Hotel Sri Rembia — Hotel in Malacca

This hotel is at a shoplot area with many nearby abandoned shops. The good thing is the hotel is quite clean. However, the family room with 2 queen beds are very small. Very difficult to pray and move around in the room. Asked for extra pillow and blanket. Charged RM20 for blanket cover and RM5 for each pillow. The rate is very expensive for the room size and location. It is cheaper to book directly with the hotel. There is a row of shops across the road with Speedmart 99, mrDIY, Malay restaurant and Mamak shop. Many termites were at the restaurant when we went for dinner. Enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed there. It is very practical in term of locations, price and rooms.

Slightly on the secluded area of rembia, which meant it's surrounding is fairly quiet.

Rooms is clean with tv, wifi, air conditioning, water heater and thermos. Space wise it is acceptable for its class.

Price is on the lower end of scale for all anemities that they provided.

Staff is great and helpful with questions and suggestions.

All in all its a great solution for a night or two in Alor Gajah area.

This hotel is the most economical five-star establishment offering excellent guest amenities. I rate the reception service 10/10. Bavaar – I believe her name – an Indian woman, was exceptionally competent and amiable. She was also very cheerful. The room was rather compact, but adequate.
