Orchard Villa — Hotel in Malacca

Have been there to stay from 23rd - 26th Dec'17. Host was very nice. The surrounding was surrounded by plantations which mostly are guava. All 4 rooms was clean and comes with toilet attached to each room. There was an additional toilet at the kitchen area too. The whole house was fully air conditioned. All external pillar as well as wall comes with lights which was very bright at night. It also comes with a karaoke system which we sang and have some self entertainment on our last night. There was complimentary guava and juice drinks for light refreshments. Beside the house, there was a small pond which was still under construction as well. External area was huge and was able to accommodate up to 6 vehicles(depending on sizes of vehicle) Morning scenery was nice and air was fresh. There was a "mini hut" beside which believed was still under construction. Nevertheless, it was clean with some chairs and table being put up already. We have our gathering at the "mini hut" at night. It was very windy and cooling which we all love it.

Highlight: Security improvement:

1. Fence in need to be higher with sharp pointed top instead of curve type.

2. Side fence in need to be up with metal type and sharp pointed top. Concrete wall would be better.

3. Main entrance door change to wood type instead of full glass type.

4. Suggest to put window grill for the full glass window at the back of the house.

5. Install cctv(If possible).

Beside the 5 highlighted improvement suggestions, our overall experience was very good and we love it. Will definitely...

The villa was booked by a relative for his engagement. It cost around RM1500 for 2 days over the weekend. It is so spacious that he was able to put up 3 tents in the compound itself for the engagement reception. The villa has about 4 rooms with each room can accomodate 4-7 people depending on adults or children. Each room has a toilet for convenience. It is set in a rustic environment surrounded by small orchard of fruit farms and paddy field. Surprising there are quite a number of such villa for rent in the area. It is about half an hour drive from Melaka City and you need to go out to buy things. There are bicycles provided for guests to cycle around. No swimming pool. you get a kitchen so that you can cook with a fridge provided. generall it is a nice place for holidays and functions. Parking is limited and you need to park outside depending on the reason for...

Really wonderful n conformable place... Clean n serene environments n the Host, Felix such a fantastic person. He provided us with 6 bottles of freshly juiced Guava. He provided many 3 in 1 coffee as one of us needed his coffee every night. N the best, Felix gave us a his self made Swiss Roll for breakfast. Not forgetting there's Karaoke set...
