The receptionist didn't update our team member about the water interruption during check in. They only leave a note on the room table. (Which most of us didn't notice it since we arrived there almost midnight on 26.09.2019).

The next morning (27.09.2019) few rooms started runs out of water. Bilik mandi lelaki dan wanita disediakan di setiap aras. But still no water supply in that dedicated room.

We are not notified until late afternoon. Some of our team ask about the water interruption, but the receptionist refused to answer.

There are few customers who checked in after our team also not notified by the desk.

So our team decided to check out from the hotel late noon (10.00 pm - 12.00 am) considering that we have programme to host and need to be at the event as early as 7.00 am 28.09.2019.

There's no supervisor or manager around during our check out, the receptionist only deal with the 'bos' through phone call.

This is an IRRESPONSIBLE ACT to allow the customers to check in, while the management doesn't take any precautionary measures to deal with the water interruption.

TLDR: Great location, directly overseeing Pantai Puteri. Room can defo be improvised. No photo so that you all not traumatised. LOL.

Came here for a family staycation and my room wasn't the best tbh..

Dusty floor and furniture, my cleaning accumulated to a lump of dust as big as a ping pong ball.

Had to personally sanitise the whole room coz I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness.

Toilet was decent but the sink was kinda clog, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. Good thing they have a hair dryer but no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste.

Bed was comfy thankfully, I was skeptical there might be a bedbug because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet but it was all good. Comfortable rest for the night except that the fridge had some loud noise as if I'm doing the MRI scanning.

Location was great. Easy to park and near to entrance.

The staffs were really friendly so that's a plus point.
