Spent 3D2N at this campsite, CO is very attentive and helpful. Arch by the river has 1chalet(Fully AC, toilet and kitchen, clean and neatly maintained) can easily house 6-8person *2more is under construction. 2Container type chalet(Fully AC, didn't check out the interior) Few glamping tents and camp grounds, can choose between grass or stone ground. (Camp ground comes with power point, very convenient to power your portable fridge or to charge your gadgets, be sure to bring an extention cord)
Common area -Fire pit -Container which is supposed to be a cafe, not operational yet but it is a nice place to hang out especially when it is hot and at night where you can climb on top to have a better view of the surroundings, breezy as well at night.
Toilets Relatively clean, water pressure is good, with water heater. (If you are taking a bath in the afternoon, be sure to use the ones near the duck pond... the water on the other side even if you off the heater, due to the hot son, you will get very hot water even if you off the heater.)
Since it is rather new, trees are still not big enough to provide shades.. it was hot thr 1st day, 2nd day weather was great.. you will definitely need a good thick flysheet until the trees all grew tall.
If you love nature, you wouldn't mind the frogs and the insects symphony at night.. they can be quite loud.. so bring ear plugs or airpods/earbuds just in case.
*You definitely need fans if you are camping here, as this place can get a bit hot even at night if it doesn't rain. (Or you can take a cold shower before you sleep)
Overall, I will give the place 4/5 star, Clean, Secured(Gated), 5mins to town, POWER POINT! I would have given 5/5 if the trees are taller to give...

Nestled along a gentle, flowing manmade stream, the campsite welcomed us with its spacious layout, offering plenty of room to set up our tents without feeling cramped. The crusher run ground surface provided a sturdy and level base, making setup effortless—no worries about mud or uneven terrain. We don't even need to wash our groundsheet as it was all dry.
As night approached, the ambient lighting around the site came to life, casting a warm glow that made the place feel cozy and inviting. Strings of soft yellow lights draped around common areas, enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings. The photogenic scenery was breathtaking, with misty stream, and rustic arch structures that made every angle picture-perfect.
One of the best surprises was the clean and well-maintained toilets, a rarity in many campsites. Not only were they spotless, but the showers came with water heaters, offering the comfort of warm water after a long day of outdoor activities. It was a luxury we hadn’t expected, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We spent the evening by the campsite, enjoying the cool breeze and the soothing sounds of nature. The combination of well-planned facilities and natural beauty made Arch by the River a perfect escape for both seasoned campers and first-timers alike.
As we lay in our tents, the gentle rustling of leaves and the occasional chirp of crickets lulled us to sleep. It was a camping trip we would never forget—a seamless blend of nature and comfort, adventure and relaxation. Arch by the River was more than just a campsite; it was a sanctuary where...
Read moreWe have booked honey arch villa, and camping.
The campsite are clean and relaxing, especially at night. When the campsite light decoration switched on, the whole ambient of the campsite changed. It was very warming and peaceful. Also, the animals roam freely around the campsite.
The good well renovated toilets and sinks. Their toilets had hooks and basket. different games (board & card games, archery, etc) to play water purifier plug points at the camp lot.
Something to improve. the campsite does get quite hot, especially on the afternoon. it does not has a lot of trees for shade the water heater at the toilets for the campers were not working the toilets at the honey arch villa were usable, but not properly maintain. For e.g, The water from the sink were leaking at the bottom, as the pipe were not connect properly. The shower drain need to be clean constantly after every stay as during our stay, the water is not able to drain smoothly and quick enough. the land of the camp lot A and B were quite wet, and a few of our peg keep came loose. I think a longer peg around 30cm will fix this. The campsite is right beside the highway, so you can hear the vehicle noise very loud. There are mat rempit at midnight too. The noise insulation of the villa was not very good too, as you can easily hear people talking right outside. There are a lot of ANTS on the campsite. When keeping the stuff, they are everywhere on the fly sheet, ground sheet, and the tent.
It is recommended for others to come and...
