Escaping the Office Blues at Eagle Ranch, Port Dickson!

I had the chance to join a fam tour at Eagle Ranch, Port Dickson, and it was exactly the getaway I didn’t know I needed. The highlight for me was definitely the sea water raftingβ€”it was so exciting and fun that it completely made me forget all about the office. Just being out there in the water, surrounded by nature and laughter, was the best kind of therapy!

The surprises didn’t stop there. The BBQ dinner was unexpectedly good, super delicious and satisfying. I was also blown away by the fire show, it was mesmerizing and added a magical touch to the evening.

The room was cozy and comfortable with a lovely touch of traditional charm, and I especially enjoyed the waterfall shower. Waking up to the calming morning breeze, and seeing rambutan and cempedak trees right outside the cabin, added to the natural charm of the place.

I also pushed my limits with the sky activities - flying rope and walking on the aerial line. It was scary at first, but the expert team made sure everything felt secure, and it turned out to be a really fun challenge.

This resort is perfect for teams who love nature and adventure. Don’t come alone. Bring your team or friends along to truly enjoy everything Eagle Ranch has to offer. A big shoutout to the receptionist (night shift), who went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. They are very efficient, friendly, and always ready to help. And a heartfelt thank you to Puan Azura, whose dedication and thoughtful care truly made the entire experience memorable. It’s rare to feel so welcomed and looked after. Overall, huge thanks to the Eagle team for the incredible hospitality and...

Our Family Day at Eagle Ranch was unfortunately a letdown due to several avoidable issues.

Poor Communication: My communication with the person-in-charge (PIC) was frustrating. Important details, like removing lunch from the schedule, were not properly communicated, leaving us scrambling to adjust. The lack of clarity on activity guidelines, like paintball age limits, added unnecessary stress.

Unfair Time Restrictions: During our dinner, we were abruptly asked to clear everything by 10:30 PM, with no flexibility. This felt unfair, especially since we noticed the event before ours was allowed to run longer without issue.

Food Handling and Hygiene: Flies were present during meals, and food was cleared and discarded too quickly, including a roasted lamb that we personally sponsoredβ€”what a waste!

Accommodation Issues: Rooms weren’t as requested, and many had problems like smelly refrigerators, faulty air-conditioning, and dirty mattresses. The overall state of the facilities felt poorly maintained.

Activity Mismanagement: Facilitators were unprepared, and there weren’t enough to ensure safety during activities like Wet Obstacles & ATV rides. It felt unprofessional to ask participants to instruct others.

For such a significant event, we expected much better communication, service, and flexibility. Unfortunately, Eagle Ranch fell short in multiple areas, making this experience far less enjoyable than it...

I visited Eagle Ranch Resort in Port Dickson on June 20, 2024, to check out the venue for my company's upcoming team building event.

To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the mixed reviews on Google, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The resort has a really cool wild theme going on, and the buildings blend in nicely with the natural surroundings.

It's a pretty impressive sight!

The environment is just perfect for team building activities – there's plenty of space and a bunch of fun things to do. During my visit, I got to check out some of the facilities, and I think they'll be great for our team. The rooms are comfortable and clean, which is always a plus. The staff seemed friendly and helpful too.

Overall, I had a really good impression of Eagle Ranch Resort.

I think it would be an excellent choice for our team building event. The unique theme and great environment are definitely the highlights for me. If you're considering this resort for your own event, I'd say go for it!

Sure, there might be a few small things that could be improved (like maybe adding a few more food options), but in my opinion, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I'm excited to pitch this venue to my management and hopefully get the green light for our event!

Hope this helps anyone else considering Eagle Ranch Resort for their team...

We stayed here from 8th Sep until 10th Sep for a school holiday getaway. The experience has been awesome. We stayed in Bandwagon Upper booked thru Agoda. Total RM578 for two nights. The room is spacious, and acceptably clean. No mini fridge as they do not allow takeaways from outside. Towels and mini soap/shampoos provided. Extra mattress available with additional of RM35/night. Check in/out was smooth. Food : Buffet breakfast from 8am to 10am. Adult RM26, kids RM13. Simple breakfast menu like nasi lemak, mee hoon, kuey tiow, plain porridge, cereals, bread. Nothing too special. Dinner we tried out ala carte menu in the Watering Holes cafe - it were delicious! Pizza, Gunshoot Burger, Fish and Chips, pineapple fried rice. Priced at mid range. Activities - full of activities from paintball, archery, VR, go-cart, bicycle, canoe, mini raft to name a few. It was fun and easy way to kill your time at the resort. A little bit of downside is that all activities have to be paid separately. No package to combine. They have swimming pool as well (free entrance). You can do a little hike down and up from the resort to nearby beach. Scenic and a good sweat! They cater team building and family day too. Overall it was an awesome experience. The place is clean (despite being a little bit old here and there). Staff are all friendly, always greet you with a smile.

Came here for my company's team building event. Overall this resort has enough outdoor facilities for this kind of event (archery, paintball, go kart, big space field, swimming pool etc). You can have your night life at the bar (for non muslim) and karaoke session. We had our indoor activities at Horse Shoe which can accommodate maximum of 280pax. As for the room, i stayed in the bandwagon room. The room was really basic without a closet, hairdryer and iron. Room was clean but the facilities in this room were poorly maintained. Sadly my room got leakage. The sewage pipe from the upper level leaked in my bathroom. Apart from bad maintenance, i enjoyed my stay because of the super beautiful scenery in the morning. I had my 7 am briskwalk at Log Cabin area and the view was so amazing. The scenery is so calm and alive. With the sound of birds and all the greens, I really enjoyed the views to be honest. At least a good memory for me to bring back home.
