Things which were great:
The villa itself was overall in great condition.
The view from the villa is breathtaking.
The swimming pool faces the hills, which is amazing.
The swimming pool was clean.
The long dining table allowed my group to have meals together, all seated along the same table.
The host was very responsive, even prior to & during the stay.
The lights around the villa that came on at night gave it a very different and unique vibe at night.
The villa can easily & comfortably fit more than 15 pax, which makes it great for large groups and/or family vacations.
The KTV system, surprisingly, had up-to-date songs.
The villa had all sorts of cooking equipment (including pots, and pans).
Ample parking space right outside the villa.
Things which could be improved on:
The off-road portion of the road from the entrance of the land to the concrete (?) road, could be concrete all the way so as to minimise the risk of damage to the undercarriage of motor vehicles.
The water heater for one of the bathrooms was not working during our stay. We brought it to the host's attention, and trust that he will rectify it for other guests.
Additional toilets/bathrooms. It can be a bit tricky for 15+ people to navigate using only 2 bathrooms. Even an external toilet/bathroom near the pool would've been acceptable.
Having a fridge. There was only a freezer, which would be great for meats but wasnt great for food & drinks which we just wanted to keep refrigerated.
