honest opinion, the place is suitable for wedding and any large group event. there are several things that i would like to recommend to the owner so that you can improve and avoid from having the same issue.

1. Your tnc should be clear. Especially when people want to use your place for wedding. There are lot of hidden charges that should be in the TNC and you admit that it was not in the TNC but more to verbal agreement. But somehow certain thing that is crucial such as you took the security deposit because there was a used of electric cooler during the wedding , you should just stated in the TNC if customer use any electric cooler during the wedding, there will be extra charges. Don't say that customer did not inform you that there will be electric cooler during the wedding, that is not their job to remind you. You already have a lot of experience handling wedding at your place, you should know better.

2. Please study and come back with a reasonable package especially for wedding. The price and the checkout time. For wedding event, it is really not suitable for you to use normal check in & check out time like normal homestay. not logic you tell customer to check out at 12 when the wedding start at 12. please work on that. come out with wedding package so that there is no misunderstanding or argument happen like before. Yes i admit you extend until 6, but do not use that as an excuse for you to take the security deposit for late checkout when your check out time really unreasonable. " untuk late checkout, kami berhak menolak seberapa banyak kami mahukan dari security deposit'" is very nonsense. Just set price range , first 2 hour = RM ? More than 2 hours = one day fee something like that. These all must be in the tnc, not verbal.

3. Like i said, you already have experiences with weddings at your place, you should already know when the wedding planner will come, obviously they will use electric when they do their work and all, so everything should be included in the price from the beginning not extra charge at the end of the day.

My comments are not to make your place looks bad, your place is nice and good for big event. But please work on your management. I do not have any issue for you to take the security deposit for the damage that have been done to your property or anything because you do have right for that. Just be reasonable with what you want to...
