Kazhouse Villa Port Dickson Homestay & Events (Rilaks) — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

Rated this place one star since the house is not really clean when we first checked in and even the cleaners finished setup the house at 4pm. There were more than 10 electric trips the first night we stayed in and the maintenance guy only came 2 hours after we complained. We also had to switch on the electricity manually and even figured out reasons why there were so many electrical trips in one night.Bat was found in the house and no one tells us about it beforehand. Be careful with monkeys since there were lots of it outside the house. The worst part is there is close to no internet in the house even you connected to the villa wifi. We can’t even make calls to the outside. There was also clogged sink and the hose was broken in the room toilet. Though they extend our check out to 7pm and reimburse us 20% from one night stay cost, we won’t repeat this...

I rated Kazhouse high for the following reasons:

The swimming pool is nice and clean. For kids, advisable to bring own floater. Spacious compounds and many rooms. Suitable for family day. Adequate entertainment facilities. You have karaoke, BBQ pit, snooker, badminton...we did not even go out to check out the pantai. The house is beautiful, unique with a stunning view. The Pak Cik looking after the house so attentive and helpful. The kitchen is spacious and appliances works well. We have complimentary nasi lemak for breakfast on the check out day. Each rooms were neat and clean.

Alhamdulillah, selesai sudah Family Day kami di Kazhouse Villa, PD pada 31 May - 2 June 2025.

My honest Review: Rumah Kami stay utk ketiga2 rumah yg Kazhouse provide, Timber house, Glass House & Studio utk 32 org. 30 Adult + 2 Child (below 5 y/o). Villa ni utk 27 pax tapi max yg dibenarkan 30 org. Kalau lebih akan ada extra charges. Rumah sgt besar.

Timber house family cakap agak panas utk siang hari walaupun bukak aircond mgkin sbb rumah kayu kat atas n bila malam sejuk walau tak bukak aircod. Malam ada kelawar katanya so dorg x leh tdo. Solution dorg sleep kat ruang tamu Glass House je utk 2 malam tu. Maybe pihak pengurusan can do something utk issue kelawar ni.

Glass house ok. Suka ruang masak dan ruang tamu tu satu tempat so org2 dapur tak la bosan. Leh memasak sambil tgk family berkaraoke. Kalau x karaoke pun bukak netflix sambil2 tgk n masak. Ruang bilih ada satu tempat lain plak.

Studio just nice utk tdo. So bila amik 3 3 tempat ni semua peti sejuk penuh la sbb kami masak sendiri. My advice maybe pihak pengurusan leh sediakan satu freezer sbb normally kami ni masak sendiri n buat BBQ. So perlukan ruang sejuk beku yg besar utk simpan2 brg2 sejuk beku dan ais yg byk utk 3H2M at least la. Tempat beli brg2 basah ni agak jauh juga dalam 15- 20 minit perjalanan. Paling dekat speedmart. Dari segi kebersihan maybe pihak pengurusan juga kena buat deep cleen sebulan sekali utk ruang2 almari table top tu sbb berhabuk dan ada lipas juga. Cawan n pinggan plastik better bawak sendiri. Jangn lupa juga bawak kain lap sendiri sebab depa tak provide. Arang pun beli juga la sbb yg disediakan tak cukup. Overall ok stay kat sini.

Ada ruang padang yg agak besar utk buat aktiviti sukaneka. Then ada indoor2 game yg lain macam snooker, ping pong, swimming pool, karaoke. So leh buat aktiviti bebas utk ahli keluarga bounding juga main2 indoor bersama2. Cuma alatan mcm shuttle badminton boleh la bawak sendiri sbb ada satu je n jaring dia dah lunyai 🤣. Tapi masih ok lagi semua. Family kami yg lelaki byk layan snooker n ping pong je. Kalau nak cerita banyak sgt tapi cukuplah setakat ni ke 😂 Overall sangat ok utk family...
