I recently stayed at Langit Langi Hotel @ Port Dickson and was greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Despite my expectations, the condition of the accommodation fell far below satisfactory levels.||Upon entering the room, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. There was a notable lack of cleanliness, as I spotted a lizard near the bed and discovered some kind of insect on the bed itself. Additionally, the bathroom did not meet the standard of cleanliness I would expect from a hotel of this nature.|Encountering pests and subpar cleanliness was distressing and highly discomforting. It significantly affected my ability to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. As a guest, it's disheartening to experience such hygiene issues, which are fundamental to a pleasant stay.||I sincerely hope that the management addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. Read moreAn unpleasant experience. Check in was a disaster, we arrived at 14:56 and were told our room wasn't ready "because check-in is from 15:00". At 15:00 we were told our room still wasn't ready (despite other customer being given rooms). When we (calmly) asked how long we would need to wait one of the staff shouted at us and insulted us. We spoke to the manager who said "sorry for our awful staff" which was nice, but not helpful. We never received an apology from the rude staff member, who continued to give us dirty looks throughout our stay. After receiving our room, it was not adaquately prepared (no towels, half used soap in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, a loud humming sound from the air-conditioning).

Read moreBooked a standard room. Requested for 2 single beds. But N/A, was given a Queen size bed instead (which is fine, mattress quite comfortable). Room was spacious and sort of clean. However, probably due to lack of time/ housekeeper rushing to clean the rooms (btw, we checked in at 3.30p.m.), they did not do a good job in fulfilling the amenities. No clean towels, no floor mat, no toothbrush, no toilet rolls. Upon request, only the towels and toilet roll (one roll only) came. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. There are stains under the toilet seat cover. ||Room was near to the pool, quite noisy as the soundproofing of the window is not so good. The pool looks cloudy.
