We stayed during wekeend + public holiday and the price was RM270++ without breakfast ( superior room ). Booked through Klook. The hotel was a bit crowded with local & tourist.
Receptionist were very welcoming and polite. They greet very well and explain everything into details. Checkin process took around few minutes only with deposit RM100 by cash, credit/debit card also can. Refundable after check out. Parking free near the hotel. 👍🏻
Asked for adding breakfast, the price is RM40 for adult and RM28 for kids 7-12years old. Adding extra bed was RM60 per bed.
Room was clean & spacious. Smells good just that furniture quite old & toilet pipe/bathroom door was a bit rusky. Maybe the hotel has been operating for years so I do understand. They did give the toiletteries stuffs, shower, shampoo, toothbrush etc. Complete! Shower gel & Shampoo just in small tube, not enough for me. When I asked for extra, they said need to charge RM10 for the shower & shampoo gel. 🥲😅 Aircond was not really cold, took long time to fully cooling all space in the room. TV got lots of channels! Love it. Oh ya. We can hear clearly people who are talking, walking, running in front of the door. Plus slamming their door. Kind of disturbing sometime but we can deal with it! 😆
Towels, Face Towel, Water heater, hair dryer, mini fridge(not really functioning because not so cold), some coffee & teas, 2 bottles of mineral water also provided. There's no iron at first but I asked for it and they send it directly into my room. 🙂↕️👍🏻
Swimming pool was nice buttttt.... Open 7am to 7pm everyday. I have unpleasant experience here. I forgot to bring the room card, reception did not tell me about this thing. Staff there asked me to show my card but I said I didnt bring it because my husband in the room. He said the cover of the card also can, luckily the staff let me and my family in. So please bring along the cover card for registeration. Each room only can get 2 towels. But not really sure since I saw some family got more than 2 towels. One more thing, in the morning I came again to the swimming pool. Female staff said they dont have enough towel, so she only gave me 1 towel. While other person after me receive more than 1 towel. Dont really understand how their rules works.
They have 2 swimming pool, adult and kids. Adult swimming pool MUST WEAR SWIMMING SUIT. But I saw some people just wearing short pants also can enter 😅 Again, dont really understand the rules. While some only using bikini also can enter. They have lifeguard on duty to keep on eye all peoples that swimming. Kids swimming pool, free wear. Not strictly use swimming suit. The pool was very big and fun! My daughter loves it so much. 🥰
Love the ambience here and the hotel smell very good everytime we enter the lobby. Overall we love our stay here. 🫶🏻 Cant comment on the breakfast since we didnt take it. We only odered roti canai from foodpanda for breakfast. 😬 Hope can repeat again staying here and experience their breakfast buffet! My daughter miss the swimming pool... ❤️
Thank you so much Nilai Springs Resort Hotel. To everyone please have a stay here, totally recommended! 👍🏻☺️
Ohh btw, there's mini shop at the lobby in front of the lift if you wanna get some...
Read moreGOT LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM FOR AN HOUR. NILAI STAFF DID NOT EVEN CARE. ROOMS ARE SO DIRTY AND OUT OF SERVICE. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. (Apologies in advance, this is quite long). I had a 10-hour layover before my Kuala Lumpur to Bangalore flight, and Malaysian airlines decided to comp us on a free room and meal to freshen up at Nilai Springs, instead of waiting around at the airport.
We reached the resort and I got my room key. Immediately I had problems opening the door to my room, and could immediately make out that the main door lock hasn't really been checked or serviced lately. Anyways, once I got into the room (I DID NOT LOCK IT FROM THE INSIDE BTW), I forgot about it and decided to put my phone for charge while I went to the bathroom to freshen up (AGAIN, I DID NOT LOCK THE BATHROOM DOOR EITHER, I JUST CLOSED THE DOOR).
When I was ready to get out of the bathroom, I turned the doorknob and immediately heard a 'click' sound which was basically the doorknob or lock breaking or jammed or whatever. Basically it meant that I couldn't open the door. I tried EVERYTHING. And as I mentioned, I kept my phone charging in the room so I didn't have it on me. I would have used the bathroom phone that hotels usually have, except that Nilai resorts does not have phones in their bathrooms. Luckily, the rooms are small so I started screaming for dear life, hoping that some passer-by would hear me from the corridor and run for help.
I HEARD HOUSEKEEPING TROLLEYS RIGHT OUTSIDE AND STAFF MEMBERS TALKING, BUT NO ONE CAME TO HELP. Luckily I was travelling in a group so by the time our bus had come to take us to the airport, my friends were banging on my door and trying to find a staff member to open the main room door and then help me get out of the bathroom. The staff were not even bothered and after waiting for some more time, my friends just broke down both the doors to get me out. When I went to the lobby to complain, the two staff members behind the desk WERE NOT EVEN BOTHERED. In fact, they looked irritated that I even dare raise a complaint. Maybe because I was an Indian tourist? Who knows (I definitely observed more hospitality to the European guests, which my Indian group did not receive). After me screaming (I got even more pissed off because they didn't care), they said a half-assed 'sorry' and I just walked away to get to the airport. As I walked away, I turned back to see the staff members look at my direction and laugh. What the actual hell??
You would think that a huge resort with a golf course would have rooms that have up-to-date locks, non-faulty doors, bathroom phones, and staff members who care about their guests. To Malaysian Airlines; I suggest you stop partnering with Nilai Springs because this damn resort does not adhere to your 'Malaysian Hospitality' motto.
Oh and by the way, the bathroom was not even clean. I would know, BECAUSE I WAS STUCK INSIDE THERE...
Read moreA Pleasant Stay with Minor HiccupsI recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. The check-in process did take a little longer than expected, likely because I arrived during peak hours when many travelers were checking in. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience was quite positive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant looked great from the outside and seemed very inviting. The lobby was another impressive aspect, being both spacious and beautiful. However, it could benefit from having more sofas or seating areas for visitors waiting to check in. This small improvement would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests. For Muslim travelers, the convenience of having Surau An-Nur Kasturi Heights right in front of the hotel entrance is a significant advantage. It makes attending prayers very easy and accessible. If you’re interested in shopping, MesaMall is a nearby shopping complex that you can visit. It's just a short distance from the hotel and offers a variety of stores and dining options.Additionally, if you want to try some local food, you can easily have it delivered to the lobby using food delivery apps like Shopee Food. This adds a great level of convenience, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine without leaving the comfort of the hotel. In conclusion, despite the slightly lengthy check-in process, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and the added convenience of nearby amenities and food...
