Unfortunately, after multiple unanswered calls throughout the day, I only managed to speak to someone at 5pm — at which point I was informed that the water park is currently closed for renovation until October 2025. This important information is not updated on your website or on Google, which caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment to me and my family, especially after waiting and planning the entire day for this visit. Please ensure that the closure notice is clearly updated online and visible across all platforms, including Google Maps, so that other families do not face a similar situation. I had high expectation of the promotion I saw in Tiktok. But in reality it was a bit disappointing. Management, please place friendly and professional staff at the counter because it give the first impression to customer and visitors.

The entrance fees is RM25 for children (2-17 years). Adults RM15. My cousin is already form 6(tingkatan 6). Clearly a teenager. But the staff counter insist to charge the child price just because her birthday hasn't passed yet. Nonsense. It ruined my first impression in whole. Even the boy staff inside admit that.
