Expensive compared to normal budget hotel but no water for toilet/shower !!! Promised me the water supply will be ok but its just an empty promise. Just gave us 2 bottles of 500ml each for toilet use like we are in africa ! Shame on you taking advantage on people when they got no other choice.

Because I come out with bos car so I left my hotel key in my car..i ask the guy in the counter did u have any spare key I need take something and go work..he say don't have spare key... I ask if anything key lose he say ur problem so rude..i ask nicely for a key to open door..if key lose tat my problem I will pay.. Now is I laft in my car...not lost the key.. Boro spare key to open door...

Good place to sleep for a business trip/work at Kuantan port/nearby. Environment is good, quiet and peaceful but lack of shop & accommodation nearby. But, restaurant, grocery market & Dobi are quiet many & available. The best thing is Pasar Malam/ Night market...
