We had the worst experience ever with this hotel. 4th July we called to make a booking for family room ground floor, check in on 16th Aug. We want to pay some deposit, but the staff said the room is available and no need for any deposit. On 16th Aug, at 8.30am we received a call from the hotel (Pn ATIY), confirming our arrival today and confirming again at 12.30(En Izham) At 2.30pm, once we reached the hotel, the staff informed that the family room is full, but instead giving us 2 deluxe room at 1st floor but we need to pay for both rooms as per normal charge. The staff En Izham, arrogantly said either you take it or leave it. We ask him to call the owner/manager, 1st telling us, owner cannot be contacted as it is his privacy, when we insisted, he told us that the owner is out, cannot be contacted. While talking to the other staff, Ms Ati, Mr izham told that he has contacted the owner but the owner (we were in front of him at all time!) and told him that the offer is as per told. No more negotiation. 1. What an attitude!2. We need to pay additional for room we did not request!3. Management - out4.
