My family have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights recently which cost us RM 800.00.The booking was done via Agoda 3 weeks before the check- in date. However, due to the covid19 situation, my office has ban all travels and we had to cancel the trip.
I've overlooked on the booking part, didnt realised that this resort has a non- refund cancellation. However, i tried calling the resort many times at different times but no one answered. Finally, a guy picked up my call,.promised to revert to.me but todate, nothing.
I ve also contacted Agoda..they too tried getting in touch with this resort but no response.
Well, i think this resort should be flexible and more accomodating. They can offer for me to defer the dates instead of full refund taking account of the pandemic situation.
I m definitely not recommending this resort to anyone as i.feel.the management is fery inconsiderate and taking advantage of the guests.
So.much for local...
Read moreI had bad experience with this hotel management and the room itself.....can you imagine, we got to stay at the room which like a haunted mansion and its cost us about RM 140.00 per night! Not worth at all!! They give small tv, dirty bed spread (which i think they never washed it), stinky pillow (looks like they take it from garbage), broken cupboard and with all the messy thing on the room! What a nightmare! Actually, my friend and i had stay there back to year 2008. At that time, for the cost of RM 120.00 per room, the chalet is still ok. Recently, they had advertise their place that shown it had a renovation and i thought it looks better then before. Unfortunately, on my trip last week, it's proven that the place only had newly painted their building. But inside the room...teribble!! For the management, my comment here is just for you to rebuild again your resort/chalet because it was a nice place to stay with...
Read more3 years have passed since we last visited the place, and since then, nothing has changed. The air-conditioned room and amenities were the same, the bed slightly dusty but stainless nonetheless, the bathroom was basic but clean, and the swimming pool slightly murky due to the monsoon rain. Even the breakfast menu was similar, with the same mediocre tasting fried rice and unpalatable fried noodles. Fortunately, there are stalls serving delectable nasi lemak and other savouries nearby at the main roadside. But the monotony did come with a silver lining. The lodging price remained the same, still at MYR $120 per room per night despite the crazy fuel price hikes over the years. And the beach remained secluded, pristine as ever :)||||Photos on Lis Na Ree from my blog...
