Booked a room through booking.com and got a phone call regarding my room cancellation that they kindly helped me to cancel due to a plumbing issue involving leaky pipe that had flooded the room on their part. As a result, I was asked to book a room nearby my ownself. After some minor negotiations, they have offered to help me book a room with the nearby hotel which was almost 50% more expansive than the price of the room i booked. TV Channels limited to national TV||4. Booked the rainbow waterfall tour through the receptionist, he said to be ready at 5.30am. We woke up at 5.30am, no one was around, waited until 5.40am, called him, he said no operators were available, and asked us to go into town to try. I find that unacceptable as we had booked one day in advance, and if there were no operators, we should have been informed the day before, or at least in the morning at 5.30am.
