OYO 89877 Sun Triang Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

It was the worst than any hotel i stayed before. I already message that i will be check in past midnight... no reply. When i reach the hotel was locked. Call for front desk and they said it has past midnight their operation hour! Well, i have paid for the stay and not to mention just to stay a few hours of night rest before continue my journey the next day. After all the hassel and enter into my room. There is no aircond remote...no towels provided... the room is technically dirty. Ceiling is with spider web... bed is with bugs and worse there is lizard crawling on the floor when i wake up. Not to mention my slept was disturb by never ending mosquitoes sound. A deluxe room with RM78 is just not worth it. I have to pay EXTRA RM20 for being check in late. And EXTRA RM3 for getting the room key and towel. So total of RM100 FOR SUCH BAD SERVICE...sorry... this is very...

My room was clean. Decoration as per advertised. Hairdryer provided was outdated and not functioning. Otherwise I had a great stay. Honoroble mention to the staff. She was very helpful in setting up TV channel in my room. Might consider booking here again...

Totally acceptable but still need improvement. The water heater is running very slow and they told us they can't do anything. The switch off the lights at lobby all day to save cost. Other than that i have...
