Super OYO 720 Corridor Hotel 2 — Hotel in Pahang

Worst budget hotel I have ever been! If you really have to go to this hotel due to sudden date change or other hotel nearby fully booked PLEASE DON'T!! Avoid this hotel as possible. I would rather sleep in my car rather than this hotel. Toilet really smelly, toilet door n ventilation broken, no hose pipe, no sinks, mouldy room, old and dusty curtains, TV cannot be used ALL ROOM, I repeat ALL ROOM!! RIDICULOUS!!!, leaking aircond, broken wardrobe, smelly hallway due to waste that they keep from the last night, there was a massive ant trails on the wall all the way to the trashcan. Please fix your AIRCOND!! Aircond feels more like a fan! Really old AIRCOND!!! When i complain about the leaking aircond to the host, he said that he already change the towel for the dripping from the aircond. It was massive leaking not a little! When you put the towel of course it will get wet, smelly, damp and it was just unhygienic. Why do you still open this room for customers!!! You should close the room and fix the problem!!!!For the price of this place should be rm 20 because of the poor facilities/amenities that provided by the place. OYO team please check this hotel regularly. Please maintain your hotel if you want to keep your customers!! Please take actions, it has been years, no improvement!!! Just because its a sudden vacation couldn't able to booking earlier in any other hotel which is why me and my cousin had to book this hotel just for 2 nights & 3 days stay. The facilities wasn't that much and we all were literally disappointed with the poor cleanliness that the management hold to because the bathrooms weren't kept clean and the aircond in my room was leaking which was really uncomfortable and we were all not happy to stay at such place but no choice since we were all out of options.I would really like suggest to suggest the management to maintain a good service and provide all the important things in each rooms and moreover should/must keep the places very neat and clean so that in future they can develop well their hotel. Too bad compared to the picture, is deceiving the customers. Room is totally bad, dark, painted totally not same as picture, got room for 2, I can see review for family room is good but for 2 is totally disappointing. Lock is almost not secure, you can lock the door but not convincing. No comforter, only 2 pieces of single blanket. The bedsheet is dirty too. Marks here n there. How to sleep when the emergency light right on the top of your bed?

Toilet is sticky. No one at the counter when checking in and key to be collected in room.

Housekeeping also knock our door to clean even it's just 1130am. We told to wait cause wanna get prepared. Still knocking.

Such a shame to use OYO brand. I thought its gonna be more reliable.
