Nahdhoh Hotel — Hotel in Penang

We got 2 rooms in this hotel. Firstly, as soon as we checked in, the bedsheets were stained and dirty (pillows and duvet included). The towels were also stained and dirty, though they replaced it, it was still dirty. Second, the bathroom was an absolute disaster. The toilet was stained, the seat was not clean and yellow. We had two bottles of soap which were less than half and no tissues either. I would definitely expect the bare minimum for a hotel rated so high. Now, the receptionists were nice enough. At night, the noise was awful! They were preparing for an event early next day late at night around 3 AM. The music was loud and it happened throughout our stay in the hotel. The general state of the room was not great and would recommend staying in higher paid rooms or...

Secara kasarnya ok, saya puji pekerja yang membantu dan harga agak murah untuk penginapan sementara. Ada beberapa perkara buat saya rasa kecewa. Sebagai ‘Muslim owned’ hotel, pengurusan dan kebersihan adalah dituntut dalam agama dan ia perlu dititikberatkan. Saya sertakan dibawah pengalaman saya sendiri supaya pihak hotel dapat ambil tindakan selanjutnya.

Tiada lif - Tak sesuai jika nak bawa family/orang tua yang sakit kaki atau lutut untuk mendaki tangga yang tinggi. Bilik - Tiada remote aircond disediakan. Kena berulang ke kaunter reception untuk minta remote. Bilik air - Longkang tersumbat, water heater tidak boleh digunakan walaupun suis hidup, agak berbau kalau lama-lama. Katil - Cadar ada kesan tompok kuning, ada beberapa helaian rambut...

Alhamdulillah..the room is ok..is ok for those not fussy like me. The room size is big suitable for family compare with others. Alhamdulillah X3 the air cond very cold ..no fan ya...maybe will repeat next time..also have kuliah..the hotel in...
