Hotel Tropicanna Pulai Point — Hotel in Perak

Would not recommend this especially to those who travel with families. Its rusty hotel. I know we can't expect much from budget hotel, but the owner need to do something to sustain. It is a shop lot hotel., means there's no elevator to go up. Premise is not well maintained, got cobwebs here and there. Got mosquitoes in the room and receptionist give us ridset spray. No window, so no proper air circulation in the room. The toilet is too small. There's no extra plug points,only the tv point that place bit high on the walls. Can you imagine how to boil water from that height? We need to put the kettle on the bedhead. It's bit noisy too cuz it is apposite the main road. And you can even hear the guest next door chit chatting. We need to stay here cuz we got no other choice as our plan got messed up. However, the owner got courtesy to WhatsApp and asking us if we're ok or not....

This hotel is very lousy. Bathroom is so small that hardly fit a person to shower. Toiletries are not complete. Room is small and no extra power point. The only power point the room has is for the TV. The room is noisy from the outside. Don't expect too much from this hotel.
