Worst experience ever because the receptionist not familiar with his job scope. We have book 3 single beds for a room but get a king beds and a single beds instead. We are waiting for so long for the receptionist to issue a new room for us.

Suasana hotel sebenarnya okay. Comfortable. Tapi yang membuatkan uncomfortable tu bila toilet tak bersih. Ada kotoran yang tak pasti dari mana kewujudannya. Glass door pun tak dicuci dengan baik. Berhabuk. Bagi orang yang sensitive dengan habuk confirm tak selesa seperti saya. Staff friendly. Kawasan untuk parking sangat banyak dan mudah. Tak banyak kedai yang buka di sekitar building and hotel ni berdekatan dengan building yang terbengkalai. Wifi juga tersedia. Btw, hotel mereka sediakan towel disposable ye. Kalau nak towel yang normal, ada charge rm10 kalau tak salah ✌️

The room iis very dusty especially at the corners of the wall

The soundproofing is also very bad, because there is a hidden compartment in every room i think that connects to the pipe and utility area of the building, so when it rains it feels like you are outside of the building. I’ve stayed here for 2D1N and I would definitely stay here again for my trip to Ipoh. Ample parking and have friendly staffs. Srsly good. Bed sheets are super puffy n comfy as well. Feel like an expensive hotel for an...
