JQ Suria Lahat Hotel — Hotel in Perak

All was very good but only problem with the manager Tony he was to rude to customer dont know how to manage the customers.. And the manager is to racists and anti with indian community. I was a regular customer from kl and I stay at Suria hotel for month and I spend Arround RM4000 but the chase me out the reason the say gt online booking..After that I get to know it's the manager instuction. Then I check in to this hotel the manager was totally to ride and disrespectful person. He is really not suitable to be and manager. I am so disappointed on this racists person and I will make this and issues.. When I.ask to clean my room they don't bother avt us for these past 3days when I asked they staff they tell its manager issue... pls take and disciplinary action on this Mr.Tony...

I went to ipoh on 10February 2016 after I find few hotel there are full then I decided come to this hotel. The price for a executive king room was RM200 exclusive of deposit. The price for the price actually is worth for the room. The room had all basic need like hair dryer , water boiler but there was a problem for the hotel is the pillow is too hard n thick for customer to sleep. If they provide two type of pillow will be better ,others then that...

Not good situated location , quite dark n unsafe to walk around , not much food stall can be found except mamak stall . Convenient store mostly patronize by foreigner worker opposite road from the hotel ! Not suitable area to stay ! $68/night not consider cheap with such a surrounding n my door latch...
