Room was clean so so. Im paying the price rm300 for 2night but the place is not really worth it however its for business so i wouldn’t mind that much. The staff that greet us during check in is nice and humble i like her. So she has nothing to do with this comment im writting.
Firstly, they gave us the room just beside the lobby, i literally can hear every single thing outside, the maintenance works, staff chatting, the guest outside very loud. They could give us at least not the very front room if they care abt the comfortable of guest at leat little bit of privacy.
Second, the room was too small but ok clean still i need to write that here as you can see the kiblat arrow showing you to the window but the space to pray masyaAllah soo small. Really small.
Third, the tv said got astro but no signal at all and i only seen the blue screen.
Fourth, the fan and the aircond was too loud, i dont know what is the problem but its very loud even though i switched quiet mode, the fan was giving some very noisy when you turn it on.
Fifth, the water heater somehow need to wait for 10min to get the hot water, also no toothbrush or any toiletries except the body and shampoo 2in1 as you may see the picture.
Last but not least there is no water around 30min but no one inform me.
I understand this is small town so you think no need to care a lot abt this small things, but in ipoh town we can get better hotel than this one with this price. At least the toiletries you need to improve that one. Sorry but i was travelling a lot for business and staying at the hotel so im quite lil disappointed with the point that i pointed. I hope you wont take this as negativity but as advices from the guests. Anyhow im enjoying the views.
Thankyou...

But of course, a resort type stay will...
Read moreSince 2018, my family and I had stayed at this hotel everytime they would send me to Malay College. It has been five years and the hotel had maintained its customer service and rooms well. Most of the receptionists know my family and I enjoy the rooms each time I stayed here. There are some shoplots located near the hotel where they sell Nasi Campur and typical Malaysian food. I recommend PZ to those who are looking for a hotel at Kuala. Especially to parents whose children are at boarding...
