Senho Outdoor Camping — Hotel in Perak

First time glamping, wanted to experience camping but without the hardship. Even booked for 2 nights! The ladies looking after Senho were superb, greeted n briefed us and went all out to make sure we were comfortable. The tents were in good condition, clean and surprisingly not smelly, sheets and pillows were fresh and clean. Bring your own pillow if you cannot sleep well on a small pillow. Battery operated fans and lamps provided. Can be very hot during the day but cooler temperatures by night and chilly by early morning- bring a thin blanket. Shared/communal washing/kitchen area and bathrooms were clean and adequate. Halal food, utensils and pots provided with disposable cutleries and plates/bowls. The Korean army stew was tasty, not spicy, with huge portions of food. Picnic tikar provided to sit by the river bank. Sauna and hiking recommended too, sunset was beautiful. An artificial campsite erected in the middle of some greeneries.

Majority of the campers are only there for the Gram as the place is very picturesque and aesthetically pleasing.

Facilities are well maintained. The place gets pretty chilly at night, but was unpleasantly hot and sunny during the day.

Really nothing to complain about except that the 4pax tent was a little tight (4 air mattress side by side), and that the air mattress gets so noisy whenever someone moves around. Pricing are a bit steep too for the facilities you are getting. Price is comparable to a five star hotel in KL and we do not get aircond and water heater for this.

1）去之前一再确认有没有毛巾shampoo，客服说不用准备，到了才知道没有！！被迫跟他们买Rm10的一次性毛巾🤯🤬

2）窗帘、床单、被单灰尘味道很重。很明显重来没有清洁过，床上有壁虎大便。离开这边后全部人都皮肤敏感了。被螨虫之类的咬到半死，全身起红疹

3）晚餐是有包，可是那个分量是儿童餐吗？要加一粒蛋charge Rm2.50？！在你这里花Rm3k，需要这样没有格局吗？ 一言难尽，不想写了 总之no next time!!!

4）早餐说好是8.00am可以领。结果拖到8.30也没交代一声，去问了才不客气的说9点会好。到了9点还是没有好，最后9.30才拿到早餐。 我们是刚爬好山7.30就在等了。坐在那边等你2个小时，你的planning排不好可以早点交代吗？浪费2个小时睡眠时间坐着白白等？已经很早起了大家都没mood了，还遇到这种烂安排。 2个小时浪费掉整天的行程也破坏了

1. I repeatedly confirmed before arrival whether towels and shampoo were provided, and the customer service said no need to prepare. But when I arrived, I found out they weren't provided! I was forced to buy a disposable towel for RM10. 🤯🤬

2. The curtains, bed sheets, and blankets smelled strongly of dust. Clearly, they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also lizard droppings on the bed. After leaving, everyone had skin sensitivities, and we were all bitten by bed bugs or something similar, leaving red rashes all over our bodies.

3. Dinner was included, but the portion size seemed like a children's meal. And to add an egg, they charged RM2.50?! Spending RM3k here, is this the standard? Seriously, such poor service.

4）The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 8:00 am, but it was delayed until 8:30 am without any explanation. When I asked, they rudely told me it would be ready by 9:00 am. Even by 9:00 am, it still wasn't ready, and we finally got it at 9:30 am. We had already climbed the mountain early and were waiting since 7:30 am. We sat there waiting for 2 hours—if your planning was off, couldn't you at least communicate that earlier? Wasting 2 hours of sleep just sitting there waiting? We all woke up early, and by the time we got the breakfast, no one was in the mood anymore. This poor arrangement completely ruined our schedule for the day.
