Lembah Saerah Resort — Hotel in Perlis

Lembah Saerah offers a unique stay — a motel concept with a relaxing resort-like view and vibe. With prices that are exceptionally reasonable, it’s no wonder this is already our second visit!

During our first stay, we were lucky enough to book the spacious family room. This time, due to full occupancy, we stayed in a double room with a private bathroom. Although the room was smaller, it didn’t affect our experience much. We still thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness, surrounded by three beautiful ponds that add to the serene atmosphere.

The location is spot-on — just minutes away from Kangar town and conveniently accessible to nearby spots like Arau and Padang Besar. While breakfast isn’t provided, it’s not an issue as the surrounding neighborhood offers plenty of food options and retail shops.

The staff are friendly and well-trained, making communication easy and pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room amenities are quite basic — it would be great to have an individual chiller or mini-fridge, especially since Perlis is famous for its fresh markets. Additionally, soap wasn’t replenished before our arrival, and access to many rooms is via stairs, which might be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, we’re happy with our experience and will definitely be back for a third visit. Lembah Saerah might just become our go-to booking for every trip to Perlis. Thank you for another...

Kalau ikutkan takdak bintang pun & tak layak pun nak dapat bintang bintang bagai😡

Management yang sangat sangat teruk, sebab? Kami booking 27/11/2023 beserta deposit RM600 untuk adakan Family Day 14-15/9/2024, tapi hari ni 25/7/2024, salah seorang ahli keluarga kami whatsapp untuk update balance payment, boleh pulak reply whatsapp kata nama kami takdak dalam sistem booking depa... Account statement company memang tak check ka? Duit masuk taktau daripada siapa ka? Tak hairan ka duit masuk, tapi tak check dari mana, pastu tak tele dengan sistem booking.. nampak sangat account company tu macam mana kan.. sampai taktau duit turun dari langit kahhhh

Hahahaha kelakar apakah ini? Kami booking keseluruhan kawasan untuk 65 orang ahli keluarga kami, tapi ini yang kami dapat.. katanya ada orang dah booking selepas kami, dan dah provide official receipt dekat family tersebut.. so, kami yang booking dulu sebelum family tu apa cerita??? 1st come, 1st serve, 1st deposit, tapi orang lain yang dapat... Apakah itu? Hahahahah waktu dapat slip bayaran deposit boleh reply kata ok terima kasih, tapi nama tak masuk sistem... Notice ka Dak sebenarnya... Teruk teruk

kami terpaksa tanggung kerugian printing baju dengan tertera LEMBAH SAERAH RESORT dekat baju family Day kami... So nak kami ramai2 p menjual baju tu dekat LEMBAH SAERAH ka? Kerugian baju family Day untuk 65 orang ni apa cerita? Siap ada nama LEMBAH SAERAH RESORT.. nanti kami p jual buat prelove ka? Staff LEMBAH SAERAH RESORT tolong beli naaaa

Dan paling syiokkkk sekali owner block saya ya... Bagus ya attitude... Nak cakap pasal attitude orang tapi sendiri punya attitude apa cerita.... Dah refund, mintak maaf pun takdak langsung, tapi siap kenapa block whatsapp? Ikhlas tak refund tu? Tak rasional betul la owner ni.. sepanjang conversation takdak pun perkataan maki @ kesat daripada saya, tapi main block pulak, macam mana la boleh jadi owner business kalau benda macam ni pun main block2 macam budak2....

Dasar owner kaki spin.. start dari quotation konon kata tak hantaq, dah tu dalam whatsapp siap ada date tu apa benda? Saja tulis2 quotation buat main2.. business apa la dok main2

Lawak kan? Management paling kelakar saya pernah jumpaaaa... Good job LEMBAH SAERAH RESORT atas KECUAIAN dan PENGANIAYAAN terhadap 65 orang...

book adhoc at 12noon for 1 night stay and reached at around 5pm. owner very responsive to all my queries.

nice play to lepak chillax with the village ambience. nice sceneries with lots of birds flying around. our kids enjoyed the swimming pool (since there is nobody else). also rented the bicycles for morning stroll.

rooms are clean with spacious bathroom.smart tv included with WiFi.

location not far from Kuala Perlis (around 15 minutes only) and easy for grab food/food panda. there is nearby shop lot as well (teas chicken, Mr DIY, hari2 etc)

bfast not provided, however owner graciously gave us pek nga with gulai ikan termenung and cucoq udang with daun bawang.

summary, we enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing...
