Noor Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Perlis

Very big NO-GO The place is old, dirty, moldy and very, very loud. Dust on the mirrors and cabinets since forever and a very welcoming empty roll of toilet paper. Nothing has been done here to block any sound. Just concrete walls and thin doors. The air-conditioning leaks into the bathroom due to the lack of a proper pipeline, so the sound of water will always be there. So will the sound of any other room, no matter if they are snoring, sneezing, watching tv, coughing, or worse... The boy at the reception had to keep a tissue to his nose nonstop to prevent his nose from spreading even more disease. Old bloodstains and other stains on the beds make this look very welcoming as well. In the hallway, there is the constant bombardment of sound coming from what I think could be the loudest air-conditioning in the world. Nice that the tv has a plug that doesn't fit into the wall as well... All in all, sleep was next to none, and we felt very dirty after...

first day we weren’t informed that no water due to construction work. -water was finished or stopped while I was showering. limited choices for breakfast. Only nasi lemak and mee goreng for first day then only nasi lemak for second day. we asked for milo which not from the list they’ve given, quantity of chicken was reduced. The reason was given was we order milo and they not enough chicken pieces. -water heater wasn’t work properly for the first day. for 3 days 2 nights we paid RM 510 which is a good amount for us to get a good food. If only the nice bed is given, I rather booked some...

Do not be fooled by the pictures.If you need a clean place to stay, this is not the place. This so called hotel is more like a motel, so they should call themselves a motel instead, not a boutique as well, honestly the place was dirty, the shower heat was okay, the wadrobe had a weird smell, there were ants on the floor and even on the bed. Never in my experience such hotel, the walls were not well maintained. When asked at receiption he did not know what to be done.The overall place was more like and old house turned to so called hotel. Iron room must be shared. Air cond barely worked. PLEASE NOTE : no elavator available. The price is considered cheap, but they really need to step up the game. On hind sight, the stafts were friendly and...
