Kota Damansara Business Hotel — Hotel in Petaling Jaya

Terrible hotel i was check-in. The staff rude.. dont book from online.. i booked from agoda. Then when i arrived the room was full and the staff asking for pay more money for upgrade room. Or just leaving. I call agoda to cancel the booking and take the full refund. But when agoda call the hotel. They refuse to refund. Then i pay extra rm10 for a night. But the room is terrible. They giving you old towel, the bathroom door got hole, the drawer was broken, not even have drinking water. I know its cheap. But i check in many place with price. Booked a double room via Agoda, While checking in, was told that double rooms were overbooked and not available. They would move us to a triple room but we have to pay an extra fee. They said this was because Agoda did not update them of bookings. We did not agree to this. I stayed last night for one day . The receptionist doesn't give any details clearly like how much deposit , what time is the check out and even never mention about parking where we have to pay for parking in the morning office hours.
