Initially I was supposed to book Dayang Resort, but unfortunately due to management issue, the travel agent Dayang Package reroute us to this resort. I was relunctant at the first place as this is the big family vacation and all of us have set a site for the Sayang Resort. But at last, here we are at the Sea Star 3 days.
The room was big, clean and nice design. you have view access to the sea while still maintaining your privacy, even in the bathroom! the bed size is kingu, also with nice day bed sofa. some of the room have breezing access to the sea wind.
the best thing is on the food. the lunch was okay, and the is generous with our first night stay comes with freshlyj cooked prawn and delicious kam heong grouper! and the pisang goreng was very nice, boleh gaduh bah kalau habis š
the water is clear but rubbish do spotted from time to time as it is quite close to the water village, but hotel management do their best to clear the rubbish.
We do being arrange on the Island trip to Timba-timba, Mataking and Pompom. The trip spoilt at the first place as the bot late by more than 1 hour. All trip was nice, the main highlight was Timba-timba where we should spent more time here. However, Mataking Island was full of rubbish. The hotel management said that, it is quite unlucky period as its during low tide, thus all of the rubbish was very obvious unlike during thigh tide where most of them were not visible. I just hope the local authority will take more responsibility to manage this situation as the sand in Mataking was marvelous, its on par with Maya Island in Krabi where it have the best white sand with...

"I recently stayed at SeaStar Resort during 12 Dec 2023 to 15 Dec 2023 and had an exceptional experience.
