Rude employees/owners. There were a couple reviews here that warned about their rude attitudes, and it's become worse. When we arrived, a guy on a motorbike screamed and refused to allow us look around the site, pretending to be helpful by claiming he could transport our belongings to Tapak. Nonetheless, as he drove, he insisted on a specific tapak being our tapak, stating the tapak we first desired is no good "buluh” and when pressed for more information, he added "monyet”
Anyway, he lied since later on, when we moved to our desired tapak, there was no "buluh or monyet", he lied, and I assume he’s lazy and doesn't want to drive all the way to the end. Furthermore, the transport he gave us for 'helping' was RM6, which he only charged us after we took our belongings down! We didn't even need it at first because it was barely 100m away! Carry it yourself if you’re newcomers, refuse his service at all cost!
Very expensive! Yes, it is pricey, according to some reviews. Parking costs because it appears to be on someone else's land. And we were not told when we register. The receptionist, an elderly lady, was really nasty, and we were clearly not welcomed. It is RM5 per day, price added on subsequent days.
-No security. They don't have a gate to close at night. Plus no ronda at night. We were also not given emergency phone numbers. Take care yourself.
Bad experience. Some campers played loud music all day and night, some talked loud at night even after 10pm, no workers/owners cared enough to warn them. Their rules were there just for show.
TLDR; When the campsite owner is rude and despise human, you can't expect them for making anything nice for your stay. 100% not...
Read moreBack to nature and here got the privacy though like full house but still feel the relaxation and peace of mind here. We chose staying at chalet and others you could see they were happily enjoyed every moment camping here. River was clear and shallow but you still can play with the tube flowing unlimited times from the upper stream with only RM 5 charges and RM 20 for deposit. This place is suitable to bring parents because no need to do a lot of walking. Just crossing the bridge. Car park incharge by other owner if overnight one night rental charge is RM 5 BHN (BERNAM NATURE HUT) they provide toilets and shower rooms too. They provide dustbins at every spot to keep the cleanliness of the environment. They provide sinks at the hall for us to wash the utensils. Gazebo or hut also available for rent. I feel safe to bring children here. My toilet light spoilt and technician came to fix within 10 mins after I informed BHN. The host was attentive and she was sitting at the registration place with a walkie talkie. She is a responsible person and friendly. I'm glad and lucky to find this gem and hope that everyone comes would bring back the rubbish we brought here. Journey from kl to BHN only took 1 hour plus 10 mins. And there is one shop opposite the main junction turning in BHN the shop is wonderful. They provide all the camping staffs like instant noodles, fresh milk, inserticide, portable gas, slippers, food and etc we cook during camping or picnic. If we lazy to cook, just travel back to main road less than 12 mins journey you can find restaurant around the area and without traffic jam. Definitely recommend BHN to friends and family members. Will come back...
Read more2nd time here because of my great experience during 1st visit last January.unfortunately my 2nd experience was very bad in terms of their customer service from the booking process until the checkout process.
not sure why but i think the staffs are very rude and bitter and acts like minah rempit every single time and always not available at the front counter that makes us having to stand and wait like morons searching for them especially for tube returns & deposit collections.
this is going to be my last visit here as i think they are being too comfortable with their crowd and popularity until they forgot how to treat their customer in a good manner and being respectful.
to the makciks who work there on Sunday 12 March 2023,screw you guys.macam minah rempit.kurang...
